At CrossFit Eccentric we believe that anyone can do CrossFit, regardless of ability or experience. We have a couple of options based on your experience on becoming a member!

Intro Course

If you're new to CrossFit we will run you through an intro course where you learn all the movements we do in the gym in a safe environment, then you can jump into our group classes!
