At XNTRC, we pride ourselves on the fact that all of our classes are limited to 10 Members per class.

 

Quite simply, we want this to be the best hour of your day and therefore in our small class environment, you are certainly going to improve every time you come in.

 

We don’t use gimmicks, we run a classic CrossFit GPP that’s tried and tested, proven to help our members achieve their goal

WHAT IS CROSSFIT?

CrossFit, to us, is a fitness program where the reward for doing well is the ability to express your fitness in everyday life in as many different planes or as many different activities that you can possibly imagine

CAN I DO CROSSFIT?

The beautiful thing about CrossFit is that it is founded on the basic human movements that we have been performing for thousands of years. That means, no matter your condition, we can make it perfect for you.

Let’s face it; you’re destined to fail if you don’t have someone in your corner backing you up every step of the day. Other gyms bank on you never using your membership, but we want to see you here each and every week making continued progress toward your personalized goals.

 

This is where your coach comes in and saves the day! You’ll meet this person on your first day and they will work with you to understand exactly what motivates you and how you can work together to ensure you keep coming back and continue to achieve incredible progress.

 

If you fall off track, expect a call from your coach asking where you’ve been and encouraging you to get back in the gym. Simply starting and falling off track then never coming back just doesn’t happen at Eccentric. We are dedicated to your health and fitness

Here we teach the fundamentals of CrossFit in three private one-to-one sessions, costing £100 for all 3 sessions that are paid before session 1.

 

These sessions are for skill development and exposure to the basic movements and are designed to help prepare you to enter the main workout group.

 

The aim of the Intro course is to familiarise you with techniques and movement standards for the main movements practiced. We teach you how to move safely, consistently.

 

The sessions will cover:

 

The nine foundation movements of CrossFit.

 

We also cover an introduction to Olympic lifting. Each session covers some auxiliary movements and includes a workout at the end. All teaching is done on a 1:1 basis with one of our certified coaches.

You’ve probably even made a few friends in the gym at this point!

 

Once you graduate Intro course it’s time to start classes, at this point you should be proud of your new found level of fitness and the excitement to start a class should be off the charts! You will receive three free classes to make sure we are the right fit for each other. Once you complete these, you will come onto membership and start your journey to the fountain of youth.

 

  

The social environment, the community and the friends you make will give you a different sort of push, and will help you reach new heights. Every member of the CrossFit Eccentric community is dedicated to not only ensuring they succeed, but ensuring everyone else succeeds.

 

There is no room for ego at Eccentric, only a community of likeminded individuals with their sights set on achieving excellence together.

All our coaches are certified CrossFit Trainers, they started out as members of XNTRC. Friendly, professional and fun. They know the way, go the way and will show you the way. All our coaches do the XNTRC WOD and are with you every step of the way.
